July 28, 2020Reviewer: Judith in Florida* I was hopeful. But this pasta just fell short. The taste is fine, but the texture left a lot to be desired. I cooked it for 15 minutes, tasted it: too hard. Then 20: still like firm wet cardboard. Finally took it off at 25 minutes: al dente sort of, but also the weird texture persisted. Not slippery like real pasta. I ate it, but won’t buy it again. BUT my husband, not on keto, said e liked it and had seconds! (But he eats anything.....like Mikey!)This review is specific to Low Carb Pasta, Fettuccine

My experience has been bad because I have ordered several bags at a time that have had this gritty stuff in it.
