August 21, 2017Reviewer: Richard in California* I'm now 65. This product helps to keep my workouts productive. I keep a log of my training and every week I improve either in reps or poundage. Seems to help with end of set muscle fatigue as well. This review is specific to Beta-Alanine, 750 mg
May 09, 2015Reviewer: Sean in China* NOW Beta Alanine seems to be the genuine article. Take a cap or two, before a workout, you get the tingles and I guess it helps. I've tried a competitor's BA, and even with doubling the dose, it doesn't match this stuff! This review is specific to Beta-Alanine, 750 mg
3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulFebruary 15, 2013Reviewer: A customer in New York* This is the best bang for the buck on beta alanine I've seen. It takes a little getting used to if you've never taken it before, though. I got pins and needles like crazy for the first week I used it, but I think that's just a good indication of potency and that wears off after a few days. I go a little further when I run or hit the weights, and I don't feel so sore the day after, so I definitely recommend it. And getting clean, single ingredients is a better way to go than a lot of the 'all in one' preworkout mixes, in my experience.
I use about 2 grams of beta alanine before a workout, and take it with about 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. When I finish, I make a protein shake with about 50 grams of protein, 5 more grams of creatine and 80 grams of waxy maize starch. That's how I've been using this, and it works pretty we for me, at leastThis review is specific to Beta-Alanine Powder
